Very lively amber color, ethereal, intense, and vigorous aromas, notes of dried, cooked, and caramelized fruit, ginger, aromatic herbs, honey, iodine, resins, and saffron. On the palate, it is fresh, warm, savory, sweet, soft, and highly drinkable.
