The name means: “obtained from fermented but not pressed grapes,” a way to indicate the flower wine, the highest quality of production.

Blend
A blend of 50% Cabernet and 50% Merlot
Aging
Approximately 30 months in new French oak barriques and 24 in the bottle.
Aging Potential
At least 15 years, it can only improve with bottle aging.
Organoleptic Characteristics
Decisive ruby red color. The nose is broad and complex, with tones of ripe red fruit, berries, chocolate, pepper, and licorice. Warm and balanced on the palate with soft tannins and a long persistent finish.
